I think "UTC" here looks better, "xie tiao shi jie shi" is too ugly. think: if we write UTC not in caption, but as "xxxx-xx-xx xx:xx:xx UTC", do you still want to make it as "xxxx-xx-xx xx:xx:xx xie tiao shi jie shi"? 221.219.97.5 10:09, 28 十二月 2006 (UTC)
